How does your spay / neuter program work?
You can pick up a spay/neuter certificate at 980 Commercial Street SE in Salem during our Thrift Store / Adoption
Center business hours.
You must use one of the participating veterinarians. At the time you drop off the cat for the spay or neuter,
you give the vet office your co-pay portion ($20 for a neuter or $25 for a spay)
and they will bill us the difference. You do not pay us.
