For $5 each you can pick up a spay/neuter certificate at 980 Commercial Street SE in Salem during our Thrift Store / Adoption Center business hours.

50 spay neuter certificates are released per month on the 1st day of each month. They have been gone in the first hour the store is open the last 2 months.
Please come to the store when it opens on that day. Please be aware of the 2 certificates per household maximun. We suggest they be there Tuesday, Dec 1st by 10:30 to get in line.
We regret that at the current time we can only issue 50 a month. Hopefully, with donations for our spay neuter fund, we will be able to increase that in the future.
{lease also be aware that you must use one of the participating veterinarians and at the time you drop off the cat for the spay or neuter,
you give the vet office your co-pay portion ($20 for a neuter or $25 for a spay)
